About Louie
Louie came into Wally's care quite neglected and very underweight and he had obviously had no training. But after spending some time with his foster family, he is now thriving! He's put on a whopping 8 much needed kilos, but is not greedy when it comes to his food. He will sit and wait penitently until he's fed. He can now also sit and shake on command! Clever boy.
Louie is great when you take him out and about as well, whether it be on or off leash. There's no pulling, he never takes off and always comes when he is called.
He is a lovely young boy who loves being close by his humans, so the more they're at home the better for Louie. He'd make a great addition to any family and would especially love another dog and kids to play with of an afternoon when they get home from school.
Louie lives on the Central Coast of NSW with his foster family.
Adoption details
Please contact Cathy via email only should you wish to meet Louie. Email will ensure a faster response.
If enquiring about Louie, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog/pup may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
