Tilly

Tilly is an 8 year old cocker spaniel. She is a beautiful little soul, who needs a very special family/person to adopt her. Her past life has been far from perfect, spending a large part of it caged. Tilly is quite timid and shy, preferring to cuddle up on the couch rather than being in a noisy, intense environment. She currently lives on a farm with her foster family, and gets along well with her foster sister and brothers. She has been exposed to a variety of different farm animals. Cows, horses, goats, sheep, geese, ducks, chooks and the farm cats. She is great with cats, is very good with children, but is a bit more wary of adults. You need to gain her trust and given her previous years that is not surprising.
Tilly would be best suited in an environment where she could spend lots of time with her family. She is an inside outside dog. She loves to run around on the farm, but then loves to come inside and sleep in her bed. She is house trained, and we are working on her recall and lead walking. We need to stress that Tilly needs a lot of TLC and time to trust. She is more wary of men, but given the right family, she will blossom.
She is an absolute delight and has come a very long way, since her foster time with us.
