Meet Mulan! She came into the shelter as a stray and was not reclaimed by her owner. She is a chatty and affectionate girl in need of a forever home.Mulan is very used to human company and is happy to smooch and purr on a welcoming lap. After being indoors for between 4 to 6 weeks she may be allowed out to explore through the day.
