Zoe

NSW: Please meet the adorable Zoe. Zoe is a desexed, 3 ½ year old girl who needs to find her new forever home. Zoe was previously adopted through GDRR, however Zoe’s owner has made the heartbreaking decision to rehome Zoe due to illness. Zoe is currently located in the Sydney area.
Zoe is a lovely girl who loves people and dogs of all sizes. She can get excited when she meets new dogs on lead but that is because she is always keen to meet new dogs and wants to play. She currently goes to off leash dog parks without any problems. Zoe also loves water and the beach and her current owner has no problems bathing her or trimming her nails.
Zoe has lived with children before from 2 years to 18 years of age and currently also lives with a male dane. She also has a small dog that comes and visits frequently who she gets on well with. She is ok with cats but if a cat runs, Zoe will give chase (which is certainly not unusual for the breed).
Zoe can get a little anxious in thunderstorms, however her anxiety is not extreme and she doesn’t currently jump fences or do damage if the owner is not home to let her inside. This anxiety can be easily managed and GDRR are happy to assist with this.
INTERESTING ZOE FACT: Zoe actually saved her owners home from catching fire, she alerted them when their hot water service caught on fire. If it wasn’t for her continual barking they would have left the house without knowing. Zoe is not a barker in normal circumstances.
Zoe’s ideal home will be one that can spend quality time with her, that will allow her to sleep inside and be inside when the family are home, and also a family with children will be favored as Zoe loves children!
