About Shiloh
SINGLE DOG HOME REQUIRED
Hi, my name is Shiloh and I am a cute little girl of 4 years of age. I currently live with young children from a newborn to 3 year old and am a little too excited and sometimes jump up on them. Before the kids arrived I WAS the kid and was inside with my family, sleeping in the house and getting heaps of attention. Unfortunately once the first baby arrived things changed and I abruptly went from mostly living in the house to living and sleeping outside.
I am pretty confused and think I have done something wrong to warrant this change in lifestyle and am now also a little fearful of other dogs. I am also scared of storms and need to be in the house with you at these times.
I will sit, stay, shake hands, lay down, stay and wait until you say its ok to start eating my food so as you can see I am a clever girl and love to please you. My favourite thing to eat is pigs ears and I enjoy outings in the car.
I need a single dog household where I am treated like one of the family, sleep inside, go on lots of walks, have heaps of playtime with tug toys and basically receive a lot of cuddles and attention.
I would also benefit from obedience training which would help me socialise and become more confident.
Adoption details
If you think you can offer me a forever home please go to
http://www.staffordrescuevictoria.org.au/index.php/adoption-forms-6
and fill out the Adoption Request Form. You will receive an email acknowledgement within 3 days. If you do not receive any further contact after this please do not be discouraged. It just means that a suitable application was received before yours. We encourage you to contact Jan: jan.hutton@optusnet.com.au every 2-3 weeks to show you are still interested in adopting. As we will already have your form on file it will fast track the process when a suitable dog does become available.
Adopt one of our dogs and we are there for you for the rest of the dog's life. If you find you and the dog are not suited it is a condition of sale that the dog comes back to Stafford Rescue.
