About Winston
Winston is a happy-go-lucky little guy who LOVES to be around people. Silky and soft, he is the classic lap dog - perfectly content to snuggle with you for hours on end, or to pad quietly alongside you as you go about your day. It's hard to resist Winston's gorgeous colouring, velvety ears and the adoring look in his eyes... so why try?
MY IDEAL HOME:
A forever home with a loving pet-free person or couple who work from home or are retired (so they can cuddle with me all day!) or can take me with them to work is what I'm dreaming of.
MY ENERGY LEVELS:
Relaxing with you on the sofa is one of my favourite things in the world, so you might say that I'm a bit of a lazy bones. However, I do enjoy a short walk every now and then just for a change of pace. :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN:
I really flourish in a calm and peaceful environment, so a no-kids household would work best for me.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS:
Animal siblings need not apply, thank you very much - I may be small, but I am all the dog you will ever need!

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
