Kelsey definitely has the WOW factor. First thing you notice when you meet her is those amazing Amber eyes. Kelsey is beautiful on the inside and out. She is currently in foster care with other dogs and cats. She is great with kids

Kelsey loves her canine companions and would benefit from having an older dog to learn from as a companion. Being only a Puppy Kelsey would love to go to Doggie School where she can make new friends and make her new family proud :-)
