About Puppy Buttercup (On Trial 25/4/14)
Meet Buttercup a beautiful princess, she is a Cattle dog cross and is only 9 weeks old. She is tiny but her beauty will melt you heart.
Like all puppies she loves mischief, but she doesn't get into too much trouble when she has her toys close by.
Buttercup came into care after having a rough start to her life, her and her litter mates had been neglected. DRN foster carers nursed her and her litter mates back to health and she is now a happy go lucky puppy! Buttercup has no behavioural problems resulting from her neglect.
She is currently in care and living with 5 children aged from 5 to 14 and 5 fur babies ranging widely in age, size and breed.
Buttercup loves having the company of her foster brothers and sisters and would best suit a home with another dog to play with, or a home where someone is home regularly and has time to play.
As much as Buttercup loves to play she also loves to snuggle up at night on the lounge with you while you watch TV.
Given Buttercup is only a puppy she is still learning all the basics; toilet training, how to walk on a lead, and basic commands, so puppy school is a must! Not only does it help her learn what you want her to do, it allows you both to bond and gives her vital socialisation skills that a dog requires.
There is only one thing sweeter than watching her sleep, and that is her cute puppy
kisses, when she wakes up.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
