Trixie

Trixie is a very special young girl who is one of our longest residents because she needs very special new owners. Being a 2 year old australian cattle dog cross bull terrier, action and activity is what trixie is all about. She will easily bond with new owners as long as they are prepared to give her the attention and exercise she needs. Take her for regular swims, play soccer with her, take her for a run or walk and she will love you forever. After her exercise, it is then time for trixie to show her affectionate side with cuddles, kisses and her head on your lap for a snooze. Trixie needs company and will not do well if left alone for long periods. It is recommended that trixie only be rehomed with adult owners who are prepared to be patient with her, get to understand her personality and then reap the rewards of a mate for life. She gets on well with other dogs, but because she was a stray, we do not know how she will live with other animals such as cats, birds and livestock.
