About Angie (On Trial 5/4/14)
I NEED A HOME: Hi my name is Angie and I'm a 3yr old, female, Shih Tzu x Poodle. I'm very cuddly and affectionate and love spending time with you on the lounge. I love being with people but small children scare me. My new home would be better with older children.
I'm currently living with 2 other small dogs and a cat and I get along with them fine. I am toilet trained and am an inside doggie and need to sleep inside. I'm not a fussy eater and I'm learning how to walk on a lead. I love going for trips in the car!
I actually enjoy my bath, blow dry and brushing! I have a low shedding coat which needs regular brushing (every few days depending on length), bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep me comfortable and beautiful.
I only bark when I'm a little anxious or startled. I'm sure that the longer I'm in my forever home the less I will bark and my anxiety will disappear. I have been living with my brother Bruno (also available for adoption) but I'm sure with love from my new owners and other dogs (if you have them) I will adjust fine. I would love to meet you and be your friend.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
