About Missy (On Trial 5/5/14 Fine with cats, children ~)
Hi, my name is Missy and I'm a Chihuahua x, approx 1 year old. My foster Mum says I am a sweet little girl. I love being with people all the time. I am not happy when left alone, so would need to find a lovely home with someone who is home a lot. I like all people including children, so long as they are gentle with me.
I love to be near you so need to be allowed inside, especially after dark. I love to snuggle under the blankets with you at night. I am toilet trained of course. I'm a very cuddly and affectionate girl and will make you very glad that you let me be your most loyal friend.
I feel a bit frightened of other dogs so I would prefer to share my forever home with no other dogs or with one small, calm dog.
I am happy to share my foster home with cats. I'm a good girl with them too. I love licking them! They don't like that very much, but they put up with it, haha.
My favourite food is cooked chicken or cooked mince with gravy and rice. I also like to eat raw mince. I have a beautiful red coat and long elegant legs like a tiny fox! I have only been in care for a short time, so my foster mum is still learning all about me.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
