About Miss Daisy (On Trial 1/4/14)
Miss Daisy is a beautiful senior Shih Tzu x. Although she is 12 years young she still enjoys a game, and going for little walks. Miss Daisy is house trained and would make a wonderful companion for an older person or couple. Daisy would love to have a home to call her own. She loves to cuddle up to you but still likes to have a little play with her humans or a gentle doggie friend.
Daisy is deaf but it doesn't hold her back at all. She is very quick at learning commands using hand signals. She acts younger than her years and still has a spring in her step. She still has lots of love to give.
Daisy has a low shedding coat which needs regular brushing (every few days depending on length), bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep her comfortable and beautiful. Daisy is an inside dog and needs to be with her family in the house and to sleep inside.
Daisy is desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated, microchipped and Lifetime Registered. To the right family, she is available for only a $100 donation. For more information about this beautiful lady please contact her carer Debbie on 0408825714. Daisy is in care in Beresfield, NSW (near Maitland, northwest of Newcastle).

Medical notes
Daisy is deaf but still has life to live and love to give.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
