Dusty is typical of his breed and is sensitive and submissive in nature, so gets along well with all other dogs, especially other puppies. However he is very much a people dog and his relationship with his companion is important to him. Dusty would best suit a retired couple/ individual or single/ couple that are looking for an excellent natured companion dog. Whilst he does need exercise he has started off lead and recall training, so would be a definite off lead dog in time. He dislikes being alone for long periods so would not suit someone who would need to leave him for long periods of time.
