About "Nicki" - Purrfect Match
Located at PM HQ TAREE, Nicki is a stunning but very shy natured purebred Norwegian Forest cat and has taken a long time to come out of her shell. She is only super friendly when its food time but is still quite timid unless she is distracted by food offerings. Good with other cats of equal nature.
She can be cuddled for short periods but can be a little nervous around strangers and strange places.
She is only available to an experienced person who will give the time she needs to find her confidence. A quiet safe strictly indoor home only with no young children or dogs as if she gets outside you will never see her again. She is only offered to the most suitable home on the understanding that she is to be returned if she does not settle after an extended trial period.
She requires regular grooming as her coat gets very long and matts easily. Her previous owner left her in a shocking condition so that we had to clip her entire coat off. She will be such a delight with someone who will have plenty of time to spend with her on a daily basis.
Adoption details
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society. This includes and is not restricted to... dangers from disease, attacked by dogs,being used for dog fights or greyhound baiting, cars, cat haters, sick people who would like to hurt any living creature and/or being trapped and sent back to the pound and then left on death row unclaimed due to unforeseen circumstances (IE failure of owner to change address details when moving or lack of funding to pay the impounding fees).
All ages of cats are an estimate only as per microchip paperwork supplied by council.
