Barney Rubble

This lovely, sweet young boy has had a very traumatic start to life. Where ever he was, Barney was definitely very badly treated and almost certainly by a male as he is very scared around men. Barney's ideal home would be either solely or predominantly female as he is quite comfortable and happy around women. Barney is very social and friendly with other dogs and does like to play, but really deserves to be someone's Number One priority, He could therefore suit either a home with another friendly, gentle dog or a single dog household where his owner is very patient and understanding of Barney's general fear and wariness around new people and also where they are home a lot for company. Barney does have a lovely thick, soft coat that does shed but is otherwise very low maintenance. He loves to go for walk, and curl up with you on the lounge and, when feeling comfortable, he is really cute and rolls on his back for pats and to play 'hand taps'. Barney is very cuddly and deserves a home where he will be loved for the gentle little man he is.
