Puppy Bolt (On Trial 26/4/14 with Myles)

Bolt is a 10 week old, red, Australian Cattle Dog mix puppy. He is such a loving little boy who will follow you where ever you go, even into the pool! He was a bit shocked that he could not walk across that shiny grass, but rather sunk to his neck and got all wet. Not to be fazed by this adventure, he simply got out of the pool, had a good shake and ventured out onto the solid grass to have a play with his foster sister.

Bolt is great with other dogs, both big and small. He is not quite sure about those funny 2 legged things with feathers that live in the pen in the backyard. They do not seem very friendly towards him. He went to say hello the other day and one of them pecked his nose!

Bolt is a charming little man who, despite his less than desirable start to life, is proving to be such a sweet boy (boys can be sweet!). He started out in life surviving on the streets along with his mum and siblings. They came to the attention of DRN who took them into care. Bolt and his brothers Bingo and Beethoven, have all been thriving in foster care are now ready for adoption.

Bolt loves kids, they are fun to chase! He also likes older people who will let him snuggle on their lap. We are working on his toilet training. Most mornings we have clean dry bed but as he is only a baby we may still have the odd accident. Don't worry, he is only too happy to grab the mop and help you clean it up.

Bolt is such a little sweetie, he will make the family he chooses to live with complete.
