About Rollie
Look at little Rollie being all cute and all :)
Rollie is exceptionally lucky to be walking on all four legs today!
When he was only 3 or 4 weeks old, he was found by factory workers with a plastic shopping bag tied tightly to his back leg and it was also caught around his neck. The bag was stopping blood flow to his paw and the paw was swollen 5 times the size it should be and it was also super cold when you touched his toes.
I can't imagine what pain Rollie would have been in.
The vets gave us lots of pain relief for him but there was nothing else they could have done unless we choose to surgically remove the limb right away.
We choose to dose him up good and proper with pain relief and at least give it one night before we decided what to do.
Massaging the leg / paw to help the blood flow and warm foot baths helped that night and he had a warmer foot in the morning and he could also feel us squeeze his toes. His foot was still extremely swallon but each day there was more and more improvement. After 3-4 weeks and after loosing all the hair on his foot in the process, his hair started growing back, all swelling had disappeared and we are happy to say he will NEVER have a problem with his leg in the future! :)
All throughout this process Rollie never ever complained. There was no hissing, scratching, biting (if i was him, i would have bit me sometimes lol), all he ever did was put up with it and immediately go back to playing once i had completed treatment sessions. He still loves me after all i have done (for his own good of course) and he follows me like a little shadow. He is a super purr machine and is very gentle.
Rollie will like a forever home that has lots of love to give him and he won't even mind if he shares his home with another (cat friendly) feline friend or (cat friendly) canine buddy.
Can you offer Rollie his purrfect forever family & home?
