About Ellie
Ellie is a gorgeous girl who loves spending time with the foster pups and kittens at her foster home. She is a maternal little girl and a true softy who would easily blend into a family that want a low maintenance, gentle and affectionate dog. Ellie is visually impaired but this doesn't stop her at all. She gets in and out of the house and around the yard with no difficulty. She is a quiet girl and probably due to her age and vision is less active that most staffys so would suit a retired or older couple who love the breed but that just want a loving companion who will be happy to sit at their feet or follow them around the yard and who does not have high exercise needs. Ellie is the type of girl who will win your heart easily and who will reward you with loyalty and tonnes of love.
Ellie has been with us for a long time waiting for her own home. We all adore her and love her gentle soul. Regardless of her vision she has continued to show us that she deserves nothing but the best in life.
Ellie is located on the Central Coast of NSW where she lives with her foster family. They also foster kittens, pups, and have chooks. Ellie fits in with everyone there.
Medical notes
Ellie is visually impaired.
Adoption details
Please contact Cathy via email only should you wish to meet Ellie. Email will ensure a faster response. If enquiring about Ellie, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel that Ellie may be suitable for you. Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
