About Scooter
Handsome Scooter is laid back, philosophical and will make you feel like number one in a heartbeat. This affectionate boy is kind, eager to please and enjoys “helping” his family with all they do around the house.
If Scooter knows there's a two legged creature nearby who might want to take him for a walk or play a game of tug, he'll trundle over with a big smile as if to say "hello, lovely day isn't it? What shall we do now?"
Scooter is house trained, he understands the command to sit and is learning to drop, stay and walk on the lead. He comes when called by name and is responding very well to training. Scooter is incredibly intelligent. He can slide open the fly-screen door at his current home, coming and going as he pleases.
Scooter delights in playing an energetic game of tug of war. He loves to run and jump, and may even benefit from agility training. Scooter gives his toys a good chewing, but otherwise is not at all destructive.
Even though Scooter is an active boy, he is still content to sit quietly and watch when you work on the computer, read or watch television. He adores human companionship, but also copes quite well being on his own, he doesn’t require constant attention.
The ideal forever home for Scooter will be with a family who will provide structure, some basic training and firm guidance. His new home would be best to have older children, just due to the fact he can be quite enthusiastic when playing games. Scooter would love to have a good sized backyard so he can run and play to his heart’s content.
This gorgeous soul and his demand for affection and response to affection make him very lovable. Scooter charms his way into the hearts of all he meets and will be an amazing companion. If you would like to meet this incredible dog, please contact us. We would love to hear from you.
Scooter is located in Melbourne.
