Rocky

Rocky has come into care after his former owners surrendered him to us after realising this boy needed regular exercise and a committed owner which their busy lifestyle could not afford.

So meet Rocky a young 14 month old male German Shepherd now needs plenty of exercise, an experienced German Shepherd owner and a family to love him.

Rocky knows how to sit and drop but is still very strong on the lead and is lacking confidence when meeting new people so we are looking for a home where he can become a calm and confident dog who is an integral member of the family.

Rocky has been desexed, vacinated C5, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. He will be professionally groomed prior to going to his new home.

Rocky will grow into a 35 kilo dog so we need an owner who will ensure he is given firm boundaries, exercise, stimulation and love in that order. German Shepherd dogs are people dogs that need to connect with their human pack. Rocky is not just a yard dog he needs a family and he is at an age where he will need further socialisation and even a doggy friend to keep him happy.
