Introducing “Ollie”

Ollie is absolutely the most wonderful dog I have had in my care todate! He is reported to dachshund x possibley shepland sheepdog??? he is roughly five or so years old, maybe younger. He is about 10kg so borderline small to medium size boy.

He was rescued from a large Sydney pound where he waiting patiently to be reclaimed by his owner! Thankfully this never happened.

When he arrived in care we were mortified with the condition he was in. He was severely underweight, he was suffering a infection in both of his ears. He had major hair loss and his skin was in a terrible condition from years and years of neglect! Our dear boy was in a very bad way.

From day one Ollie has been nothing short of charming! He is an affectionate boy despite his neglected appearance. With the help of the community I raised funds to get the best possible Vetenarian care for this boy.....And look at him now all shiny and new.

I kid you not Ollie is the sweetest little dog. He is well mannered and appears to have received basic training. He is super playful and has no issues with the other little dogs he currently lives with. He is wonderful with my children.

He gets super excited around cats, so I would suggest a household without cats or pocket pets.

He loves his snuggles however he is happy to sit by himself and chill. He is staying outdoors here, as this is where he appears happiest, so not sure if he is toilet trained?

Ollie currently resides in Bensville in foster care with Claws n Paws Rescue on the Central Coast. Ollie’s adoption fee covers desexing, micro chipping and vaccination. Ollie comes treated for fleas, worms and heartworm.

Whoever invites Ollie to be part of their family must commit to provide quality Flea Prevention Treatment and of course premium diet in order to keep him healthy and happy. This is very important as it is crutial that he goes to the right family!!!
