About Chase (On Trial 16/3/14)
My name is Chase; just a baby boy of 19 weeks. I am an American Staffy (chocolate and white). My foster mum really likes me and thinks I am a very quick learner.
I am able to sit, shake hands, fetch and love giving kisses and rolling on my back to get tummy rubs. Pleasing you and making you happy is what I am about.
Finally I am happy because I am in a home where my family talks to me and looks after me all the time. I know this family is only temporary until my forever family comes along but they do make me feel loved. I enjoy being around people and other dogs, and do get sad when I am left too long on my own or get ignored. \
I currently live with my 2 other dogs but they are older than me and rule the house. Whereas me, I just want to play all the time so they do get a little grumpy with me; but you know that doesn’t bother me I always wag my tail and try to play with them anyway, I don't react to them when they are like that. I have learnt that if I walk around them rather than run very fast and don't get to close to their face they will come and have a little play with me.
There are other funny animals at this home, I am not really interested in them at all, to be honest I don’t know what they do, animals such as horses, chickens, ducks, sheep and cows.
My foster mum is great she plays with me and has taught me lots of things: my favourite thing is to fetch, I love to fetch and run around. When my foster mum does her gardening in the yard, I just sit with her and watch or chew my bone or my toy. I don't need to run around as she is there and just want to be close to her; it makes me happy. \
I would love to find a forever home where I will be loved and treated as part of the family and play with me lots. Please, I really don’t want to be left in a yard by myself as I get sad and lonely and need lots of interaction as puppies do. I am eager to please and love to be taught new things to please my family.
All I can offer you is my unconditional love and devotion forever and ever.
For more information or to meet me please phone foster carer Chris on 0417650330 or email christine4@ipstarmail.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
