Boo

Boo is a dear little boy and an absolute treasure to foster according to his carer. He is the type of dog that you might see being carried about in a celebrity?s hand bag but of course we don't approve of that! Boo is a perfect mix of playful and subdued and much more interested in humans than other dogs, although he does participate in some play with the dogs he is in foster care with. An example of his laid back nature was when his desexing stitches were being removed he decided that it was all too much and fell asleep! Boo loves to collect bits and pieces of whatever he can fit into his sweet little mouth then places them into his bed. Boo now has a collection of Duplo blocks and baby toys which he both plays and sleeps with. When Boo first came into care with PAWS he was very timid and would not accept any treats unless they were placed on the ground but he is gaining confidence daily and is no longer afraid to take food. Boo is a wonderful little companion and watchdog with a small bark. He is very handsome, has a shiny lush coat and sometimes looks like a small brush possum. Boo has a great appetite, is very loving and wonderful with children. Initially Boo was a bit thin so his foster carer fed him three times a day so he has now gained enough weight and is back down to two regular meals daily. Boo is house trained and when his foster carer Michelle takes him outside in the morning and evening he runs off and does what he needs to do, then gives a little bark when he wants to come back inside. Boo goes on a walk in the middle of the day and loves to pee on every tree he comes across. He is great at night and can sleep for 10 plus hours without needing to toilet. Boo follows basic commands and is a very intelligent little boy. He is a house dog and sleeps on his foster carer's bed and has taken to that like a duck to water. Boo will make a wonderful addition to a forever home.
