About Betty
Summary:
- cuddly and confident
- gets on well with dogs, cats and children
- possibly a Bombay cross
Betty is such a little goer! She is only tiny, but she makes up for it in spirit! She loves to get in on the action and always has to see what's going on. She loves to play and is very active and she can run very fast! She has grown up with male kittens slightly older than her, so she is very much the "little sister" trying to keep up with her brothers' antics. She has the cutest little cherub face, with sweet little buggy eyes and a cute little pout. We think she resembles a cute little bat. She gets on well with other kittens. She is a sturdy little kitten who would make a great companion in any household.
Foster carer update (19/3/14):
Betty is full of beans! She is a very active and playful girl. She loves playing with Lulu her older foster sister and Tommy her foster brother. They spend hours chasing each other around the house and play-wrestling. Betty gets very excited during play time and does some very cute play positions/movements, she is very entertaining to watch. Betty always has to be into everything and is extremely speedy! She is very inquisitive and likes to investigate everything. Betty does have affectionate moods where she enjoys being pat and has quite a loud rumbly purr, but she is not really a lap cat at this stage, as she prefers to spend most of her time playing and exploring. She would make an excellent inside/outside cat.
Foster carer update (13/4/14):
Betty is still a very active and playful little girl, and would do well having access to the outdoors or an outside cat run. She would be a very good mouser, as she never gives up chasing her toys and can't get enough chasing/stalking. She is a very sturdy healthy little girl, with a nicely-rounded body, she is very heavy and strong. She is a pocket rocket that thrives on action and adventure. She has a funny habit of licking my eyebrows.
Foster carer update (28/4/14):
Betty has the most stunning orange coloured eyes! She is a beautiful heavy healthy girl with a love of playing! We believe she is part Bombay due to her temperament and appearance. Betty has settled in amazingly into her new foster home. She is confident, smoochy and always wants to be with you. She is very affectionate, and likes to try and groom you whenever she deems necessary. She is getting on well with the dog and they happily touch noses (and when we're not looking- starting to play together). I'm surprised she hasn't been adopted yet!
Foster carer update (8/5/14):
She is such a cuddly kitten. She is quietly independent, will play by herself or with other cats but always wants to be with you. She's happy to snuggle up on a lap, or curl around the back of the chair. She is always purring, and takes everything in her stride. Would suit any home!
Foster carer update (17/5/14):
She is great with other cats, dogs, kids... she's extremely confident and very cuddly. If you've got a lap to spare, she will occupy it.
Foster carer update (25/5/14):
Betty is a spunky kitten! She is fantastic with dogs, cats, kids etc. she is very confident and holds her own ground. She is very affectionate and always wants to be with you! Very very cuddly! She is active, but independently so- will entertain herself, but come back to people for love. Loves the outdoors (and caught her first mouse!).
Foster carer update (5/6/14):
She is very affectionate, would suit any household. She is independent and will entertain herself, but loves the company of other cats and dogs. She would be fine with kids, and fine in noisy or busy houses. She will always seek you out in the house, loves to cuddle- we're still not sure why she's hasn't been adopted!? She loves to go outside, and entertains herself easily. She would prefer a house with outside access.
