Puppy Blaze (On Trial 2/3/14)

Blaze is a 10 week old, male, Australian Cattle Dog x Labrador puppy. He is a sweet and sensitive boy who loves cuddles and attention from his family. He is ready for his forever home.

Blaze knows basic commands such as "sit" and comes when his name is called. He is in the process of being toilet trained. However, as he is a puppy he will require a patient family who can continue with his training. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.

Blaze is living with his sister Stella (also available http://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/278951) and other dogs of all ages and sizes and he loves to play with them all. His favourite games include pouncing, running, hide and seek and of course tug of war. He is good with children.

Blaze is a very social puppy and would be best suited to a home where he is free to be inside with his family or outside playing. He currently sleeps inside and it would be best if this can continue. Another dog to keep him company when you are out would be preferred so he doesn't get lonely.

Blaze's mother was rescued from the pound just a week before Christmas and very heavily pregnant. We named her Noelle. She gave birth to 3 puppies just a few days later. Sadly, one didn't survive. But Blaze and Stella thrived and are ready to begin their lives in their forever homes. Noelle will be available for adoption soon too.

Blaze will make a wonderful addition to her new family as he is so full of life, loving and playful.
