About Suri Why doesn't anyone want me?
Konichiwa!
I'm Suri and I love fish so much my foster mum thinks I must be Japanese! Well, I actually love lots of things, she calls me a little Gentleman because she says I have lovely manners.
I currently live with 2 big dogs, another foster kitty and 5 other cats and I get along fine with everyone. I am happy to be that fellow in the background, patiently waiting my turn for pats, cuddles and dinner. I prefer not to be pushy or demanding in life in fact some may call me a little apprehensive but thats only because I am patiently waiting for my turn to come to find my forever home. I know once that happens (I have my paws crossed every night) I will be able to shine and my true personality will come through because I do feel a little lost sometimes here as all the other cats seem to have such BIG personalities.
Every night I wait patiently till everyone has settled down before I jump up on my foster mum's lap to sit quietly with her, I do love affection but only when I feel secure and comfortable, otherwise I can be a little timid. I heard someone say its because I came from a house where there was lots and lots and lots of cats and kittens and I got forgotten about and not much food because I wasn't dominant so preferred to hide by myself. But I have come a long way since then, and although still a little timid my foster mum says I will be a wonderful little boy in the right home!
So anyone out there looking for a true gentleman then please come meet me! I am a teenager now and I would like to be in a new home before I am an adult because I heard someone say once that happens it will be even harder for me to get a home then :(
Hope to see you soon!
Love Suri xx
