About Herbie
Herbie is a gorgeous Pug X Mini Fox Terrier who is looking for a new home with his sister Missy.
Herbie is an active and playful dog. He's very loyal and loves to play with his best mate Missy.
Mr Cutiepants loves to run in the park and enjoys going for long walks. He also loves cuddles. He will happily sit in your lap and watch TV and follows you around the house to see what you are doing. He knows how to sit on command and will do anything for a treat!
Herbie will also guard his home very well and alert you if anything is amiss. He's an extremely affectionate dog with loads of personality and would make a great family pet.
Herbie and Missy are wonderful family dogs and would love to go to their new home together.
MY IDEAL HOME
My ideal home is with people who love dogs, and will also adopt my sister Missy. We've never been apart and would be quite sad to be on our own. I like to have a backyard or small outdoor area to play in and to go to the bathroom. I really enjoy being around children and adults and can happily live indoors or outdoors. I love being around people and am very social!
MY ENERGY LEVEL
I am a very low maintenance dog and rarely bark or yap. I do like my walks but am also happy to relax at home in my doggy bed having a good sun bake! I have short bursts of energy: when we go to the park or the beach I will play until we leave then have a big loooooong sleep.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN
I love love love being around kids! They like to play with my curly tail, which is a fun game. I can get a little over excited and jump up from time to time so foster mum says I need supervision with children under 6. I currently live with a 1year old and we love to play!
MY SUITABILITY TO DOGS & CATS
Other dogs are fun! I love Missy but I also love to play with other dogs. I am not really fussed by cats.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
