This beautiful young girl is the most special case of the 3 that have just come out of the pound. Like her fellow pound mate bonnie she has been used as a breeding machine and has never been exposed to the real world. The most simple sound or sight can frighten her, life for gracie will be gradual and she will require a patient, understanding and compassionate person/s to help teach her that humans can be worth trusting. To complicate matters for gracie she had been visciously attacked by another dog before being picked up as a stray and requires further medical care before we can release her for adoption. Gracies wounds are not life threatening or permanent but she will not be available until all her wounds have healed. Gracie is a tiny girl who stands at approx 13. 5 inches and weighs 13. 6 kilos. She has a very gentle, soft nature and will require a quiet and nurturing home to help settle her in. She travels well in the car and loves the safety of her crate to sleep and rest in. She loves other dogs and feels safe sleeping alongside them for comfort so it is essential that she be rehomed with another dog that can help and assist her in her healing.
