Zara

Hi, my name is Zara and I am 2 years of age. I was rehomed from SRV last August to a lovely couple with another dog. Unfortunately we didn't get on as I am \ boisterous and simply haven't learnt where that off switch is yet so kept pushing and the other dog didn't like it.

I am a really nice super friendly dog with humans who loves cuddles and just wants to be as close to you as possible for lots of smooching. Everyone at SRV loves me to bits and is amazed that I am still here. They say everyone is missing out on a top family dog.

Please note I am a pure bred Stafford who just happens to like pricking up my ears. That makes me special the girls tell me.

I was supervised around a 4 year old child in the past and was very gentle with him, accepted pats and wanted to be next to him although SRV's behaviourist thinks I would be better with children over 12 in case I knock the little ones over. I like riding in the car and am good to bathe. I had not been trained at all when I arrived but have since learnt sit, on your bed, drop, hold and eat.

I need a single dog home with active owners only as I am a young bouncy dog that requires lots of training and heaps of high energy exercise. I would also benefit greatly from obedience training to teach me how to socialize properly with other dogs.
