About Puppy Sally ~ In Kempsey ~ (On Trial 3/5/14)
Sally is a gorgeous 15 week old Staffy cross puppy. She has been in care since she was 8 weeks old as a small and underweight little pup. She is now growing into a gorgeous little rascal. Sally loves to play with my two dogs who are five and she also loves to eat! We are housetraining Sally but this will a bit more time to perfect as she is still too young to be able to have full control.
Sally is too young to be outside all day alone so will need to go to a home with another dog for company or with someone who doesn't work full time. Sally needs to have some time indoors each day to enjoy being with her family and to sleep inside.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
For more information or to meet Sally please phone foster carer Terry on 0415 345 611. Sally is in foster care in Kempsey, Northern NSW (3 hours north of Newcastle). She is not available for adoption interstate.
Sally's $450 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Medical notes
Healthy young puppy.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
