About Yoda
Yoda came from another planet but quite likes this one! When Yoda came into care with PAWS he was very shy, timid and uncertain but has decided that the companionship of a human and other dogs, along with some very tasty food and a comfy bed in his new life is very pleasant. Yoda is quite small, less than 3.5 kg, and had a major dental with many teeth being removed and the rest cleaned but this does not stop him from chewing on bones and eating a healthy diet. Yoda loves going for walks, strutting along as if he owns the place and exploring the interesting smells. He loves getting his harness on and sits quietly while you fasten it and again when you take it off at the end of the walk. Yoda comes when he is called, sits for treats and is a fairly good watchdog considering his size. Yoda is a dear little dog who loves to sit on a lap or a quiet cushion near you and is always interested in a hug and a cuddle. He is looking for a special home with another small dog for company and a human or humans who are retired and don't go out all the time. Yoda welcomes his foster carer home with great enthusiasm bouncing around and coming up on her lap for a hug. He is house trained and will need regular grooming and clipping to keep him looking and feeling good.
