About Grandpa Ben

Ben arrived to us a very neglected abused boy but his beautiful spirit shone through and he’s now a very healthy active senior. Grandpa gets on really well with children and dogs. He loves every minute of his daily walk and strides along in his old dog way. He’s got tonnes of love to give and can do cuddles all day long, he’s happy to follow you round the house and rest at your feet as you work or watch TV like a silent little shadow, sometimes brushing his whiskers gently on your leg to say ‘hello, I’m here’. Bens greatest passion is food and he loves nothing better than breakfast, dinner time and any snacks in between! For a Golden Oldie he sometimes thinks he a puppy but mostly he likes lots of naps. His hearing isn’t what it used to be but he’ll do his best to protect you. He has a few oldie wobbly bits as expected but he offers bucket loads of love and smiles.
Grandpa Ben is such a beautiful old soul and very unique in so many ways so equally he needs a ‘very special & loving’ forever home

Adoption details
We send out emails to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more then two. If all party's are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After two weeks we do a re visit and see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
