Ella

Australian Blue Cattle dog puppy Ella is 7 months old and is one delightful girl! She loves any sort of water play and would love to dive into my swimming pool if I let her. She plays with the hose and her clam shell pool and has great fun trying to catch the water with her mouth as it sprays at her.

Ella was a bit timid when I first met her but it only took a couple of days for her true nature to emerge. She is still just a puppy and tends to jump up when she gets excited but a bit of consistent puppy training and she will learn to not jump. We are working on toilet training as well. She likes to spend time inside with us when we are home.

Ella already knows to "sit" when I bring her food out to her but she does tend to wolf it down once it's in front of her so maybe smaller more frequent feeding until she realises she doesn't have to compete for it!
Ella plays well with my other dog (staffy) and she's good with bigger children but might be a bit boisterous for small kids.

She will need either a big grassy yard to run and play or a solid swimming pool she can access safely under supervision of course and/or regular outings to the beach or park to stretch those long cattle dog legs!
