About Lani
Meet the new kid on the block, the lovely Lani.
Lani is a purebred pedigree Great Dane. She currently lives with her mum and family in the lower Hunter Valley. Unfortunately, Lani's mum can no longer keep her and she has to find a new home, due to no fault of her own.
Lani has experience living with children (though as with all big dogs, older children are ideal), She currently lives with a cat and male Great Dane. She can be possessive over her food and would need her new family to be prepared to separate her from other dogs at dinner time.
She has good basic obedience (sit, stay, lie down) and is house trained. Lani does need a little more work on her lead skills though, so a big dog experienced family would be her best match.
Ideally, Lani is looking for a family that will allow this super sweet girl inside to be part of the family. She would do best in a home with another male dog for company (medium sized and up), with older or no children.
Medical notes
Lani had a lump removed from her neck twelve months ago. It was untested, but believed to be benign and it hasn't grown back.
