River

River is a beautiful big girl with an easy going nature. She gets along with other dogs and has not yet been tested with cats. We have found that she absolutely adores kids and she has won over the hearts of everyone she meets! She has no idea why she was dumped at the pound and she is grateful for every pat she has received since coming in to foster care. River is a great traveller and jumps willingly into the car or on the back of a ute. She is a polite eater and takes treats very gently. River has basic obedience and would be extremely easy to train further due to her desire to please, all she needs now is a family to call her own and let her be a part of their day to day life. Life has been tough for River so far.. if you think that you can show her the love and understanding she deserves then she could be the perfect dog for you!
