About Autumn
Autumn is a gorgeous, sweet 12 week old Cattle Dog X puppy. She's full of beans and loving life!
In just one week she has settled in nicely and learned to sit, drop, stay and come when called. She's very clever and, being very food driven, she is a delight to train.
Autumn is starting puppy school this week and her carer thinks that she will be the top of her class! Autumn is also making excellent progress in her toilet training and has been such a good girl, sleeping in her puppy pen at night without crying from day one.
This gorgeous girl loves people. Autumn follows her foster mum everywhere and often just sits next to her and watches her doing things with great interest. She's a very confident little girl: cheeky, feisty and lots of fun.
MY IDEAL HOME
My ideal home is with someone who will give lots of love, play with me and take me for walks. Foster mum says I need "calm yet assertive guidance", but I think she means "lots of cuddles and kisses"!
Foster mum also says because I'm a working breed, I would suit an active family who will include me in their day to day activities. That sounds pretty great to me, because I love being around people and doing things!
MY ENERGY LEVELS
I have lots of energy, especially because I'm still a puppy. I like to run and play, and would be happiest with a family who can spend some time on exercising and training me every day.
MY SUITABILITY WITH CHILDREN
I haven't met children yet but I love people so I'm sure I will love kids. Especially if they'll play with me!
I can sometimes be a little bit naughty and try to play with people's hands by biting them gently... I'm learning not to, but sometimes I get a little too excited, so foster mum thinks I'm best with kids over the age of 8.
MY SUITABILITY WITH DOGS AND CATS
I currently live with a 4 year old Labrador and I love him a lot! I really like playing with him and some nights I like to snuggle up together in his bed. I would happily live with another dog in my furever home. I haven't met cats yet so not sure how I like them.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
