About Spike
Meet Spike, the sweetest & cheekiest little man around town! Spike is a spunky, bouncy puppy who is looking for his forever home.
Spike’s favourite activities include chasing leaves, going for walks around the park and having cuddle time with his family. He can be a little shy initally but warms up quickly and enjoys meeting new people & dogs. Spike has been working hard on learning how to be calm around cats & kittens and has improved dramatically, although he will still approach for a play and tail wag (occasionally stealing a sneaky kiss from an unsuspecting kitty).
Spike is an incredibly quick learner and already knows how to sit, stay, and can use the doggy door. He is 99% toilet trained with only the occasional accident these days. He eats well & enjoys the odd raw hide treat on weekends. Spike has learnt to swim but would like his forever family to know in advance that he is not much of a water baby and much prefers sunbaking nearby, but isn’t opposed to sitting on a surfboard in the water as long as he doesn’t get wet!
Spike would benefit highly from a home with a female doggy friend as he adores company. If you would like to meet this smoochy, gorgeous Mr Spike, please contact us by email only to apply.
