About Medium sized, mixed breed puppies

Adorable and healthy mixed breed puppies, 10 weeks old, 5 boys and 1 girl. We expect them to grow into medium sized dogs. They are very friendly pups and love attention and playing. They are mainly indoors at the moment but love to get out and run around the back yard. They are beginning toilet training (which is going very well) and learning basic commands such as sit, stay and come.
These pups were found abandoned in a box in bushland so their breed mix is unknown. Born approx 27/10/13. The boys (currently named Belen, Carden, Norbitt, Taylor, and Thor) are fine boned with adorable large floppy ears. The girl (currently named Xyli) is a little stockier and has a different shaped face than her brothers.
They are currently living with an older puppy, 2 large dogs and 2 cats. They have mainly been around adults and older children. They have not had experience with young children but I don’t think there would be a problem. As with all puppies they do get excited and jump, but with time and training this will stop.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs need affection, exercise, and training and are an approximately 15 year commitment.

Please remember that it takes time to collect and read the questionnaires. We are volunteers and lead busy lives ourselves, so please be patient in waiting for a response.
Each puppy's $450 adoption fee includes his or her DESEXING, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping. They are in Charlestown NSW, (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle). You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
