About Artemis
Artemis is a beauty! She loves people and is always the first one to greet you with happy meows.
This Greek goddess is fearless and feisty: racing around, wrestling her sister and pouncing on her toys. But Artemis is also a snuggler: she loves a cuddle and a scratch, enjoys sleeping on your shoulder and is one of the few felines you can turn upside down and hold like a baby.
Artemis' fearlessness extends to sitting proudly as close as possible to the cattery door while three large dogs alternately try to lick her nose and bark and run around play bowing at her. Through all this Artemis keeps her cool composure.
It is possible that Artemis, like most cats with white fur and blue eyes, may be deaf. However she doesn't seem phased by this at all and it shouldn't cause her any problems later in life as long as she is an indoor cat.
This clever girl is litter trained and ready to go to her furever home.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
