Avoka

Avoka was initially brought to a vet clinic after she was taken from the mouth of a cat, at only a few weeks of age. Sadly, her sibling didn't make it through the traumatic experience. Avoka (or Voki as she's often known as) is the most confident baby bunny you can imagine, and it's this attitude towards life that probably made her survive. For the first few days she lived with a vet nurse, running around on her bed with so much love and joy. Since coming to the rescue, we've put her with some very maternal guinea pigs (who were twice her size) and they've helped enormously with bringing Voki up. Voki continues to be the sweetest little bunny around!

Avoka is far too young and small to be ready for adoption, she'll need to be over 1kg before the vets will consider desexing and vaccinating. At this stage, we're only taking expressions of interest. There are already a few people on the list to meet Avoka when she's ready.
