About Cleo *On Trial in Her New Home*
*CLEO IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Cutie pup Cleo, who looks a bit like a miniature Kelpie, is one of a litter of five healthy, happy puppies who were born in September. Her mother is a Terrier cross while her father is supposedly a Silky Terrier cross giving the pups long bodies and short legs, while two of them have a wirey coat.
All of the pups have lovely, friendly nature’s and get along well with their carers other dogs and are used to being handled (cuddled!) by adults as well as primary school aged children making them pretty much “bomb proof” – they’re even good with the household cats and their chickens! All of the pups LOVE food and aren’t fussy so this is helping them with learning the basics such as “sit” and “down”. \
Pocket rocket Cleo was a little bit shy when she first arrived in care though soon warmed up and has taken a real shine to her carer’s hubby and loves lapping up the attention while snuggled on his lap. She also enjoys playtime with her siblings and is always up for a game of tug-o-war with anyone who wants to join in. Cleo’s a busy little pup who spends her days exploring the yard, enjoying the sunshine or having the occasional dip in her shell pool on hot days as she loves water. As she’s only a young pup she will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so she grows up to have lovely manners! Daily walks, secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on and toys to play with will make Cleo happy indeed.

As Cleo sleeps inside at night (she shares a crate with her sister Lucy) and is picking up housetraining she would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time as she’s always had company.
If you think you’ve got the time, patience and love to bring up cute Cleo then please download and complete a SARG Dog Application form by following this link: http://www.sarg.net.au/adoptapet.html

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
