About Costa
Costa is a lovely, happy little dog whose foster carer describes him as a very friendly, snuggly dog who enjoys nothing more than to curl up next to you in bed, not moving an inch until morning or to sleep in your lap for hours while you are watching TV. Costa will follow you around the house like your shadow and when you pick him up he is like a doll in your arms and will let you do anything to him at all. Costa gets along well with other dogs, is not submissive nor dominant and is happy to follow the doggy pack. Costa's carer thinks that he is a well-adjusted dog with no emotional problems at all. He is a fast learner that enjoys going out for walks with his foster carer's Cavalier and they both get along very well. Costa is fine on the lead and just trots along happily. He likes to stop for a pee and a sniff but will move on quite happily when you want him to. He is not intimidated by other dogs at the park (of any size) and wants to say hello to every human that walks his way. Costa would love a home with a family, retired couple or working family who are looking for the ultimate companion dog. Costa would not enjoy being left alone for hours so if you are a working family another dog is essential. Costa has a lovely soft coat that will require regular grooming to keep him in good condition. He is a house dog and must have indoor access via a doggy door or similar.
