Nigel

I'm trying a new home to see if i like it!!
Nigel is yet another pet shop dog being rehomed by rescue. Nigel was purchased as a miniature poodle x cocker spaniel but has grown to a standard poodle x size and his previous owner wanted a small lap dog. Nigel is a little too large to be a lap dog although he is partial to cuddles! nigel was an outside dog before coming to paws because he was considered to be too boisterous to be inside with the family and did get up to some mischief, one example being stealing the baby's toys and hiding them in his kennel!!! we think that nigel is a great dog and will only rehome him to a family who have time to walk, train and give him all of the attention he deserves. Nigel is very clever and is enjoying being allowed to come inside his foster carer's home. He is a little nervous because everything
Is new to him but is gaining confidence every minute. Nigel's carer has two other small dogs and nigel thinks its wonderful to now have some doggy friends on tap to play with so we will only rehome nigel where there is another dog for company and a dog his own size would be great for him. Nigel has a high maintenance coat that will require regular grooming and he must be allowed to come inside and be part of the family. Nigel comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm tested and with local council lifetime registration for $315.
