About Jezzy
Jezz (or Jess) is an approximately four and a half months old blue cattle dog. She is off a property in western Qld and bred from working dog lines. If you are after a lithe, leggy, athletic dog as an agility or dog sports candidate, or even a running partner, then Jezz is your girl. Even so, Jezz is the softest, calmest and cuddliest girl you could ever meet. A gentle little soul, she is showing no naughty puppy tendencies, (no chewing or digging indiscretions) and has displayed nothing but lovely manners to humans and other pets. Jess will make a very affectionate and loyal dog with plenty of love to go around. She adores being with company whether that be human or canine, loves a cuddle or some puppy play with other dogs. Jess is both obliging and obedient. She will need a large yard with room to run, preferably with another dog as a companion, or a family who is committed to keeping her physically and mentally stimulated . An outdoorsy family would suit her as she loves being in on the action. There is no excessive barking but she shows signs of alerting family members of any strangers at the gates, ( a blue heeler trait) or barks when involved in play. Jess has had numerous car trips and travels well up front or in the back. She has an extremely healthy respect for felines so would not be a threat if you have a cat in the family. Whilst she hasn’t spent much time with small children, when she has she has been respectful, not overly boisterous and very affectionate. Jess will tie up on a lead if needed and if shut in will alert you if needing a toilet break. This gorgeous girl has love to share by the bucket loads. Could she be your new best friend? Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
