About Bowser (On Trial 3/4/14)
Bowser is an 18 month old, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier. He walks very well on the lead beside you doesn't pull. He will sit for a treat. He loves his toys! He loves playing tug-of-war with a knotted rope toy and he has a stuff toy puppy which I think is his "security blanket". He also enjoys a nice bone to chew.
Bowser is housetrained and really, really loves coming inside to spend some quality time with the family. But he is fine outside of a daytime too and will sleep outside if need be. He has not even tried to get out of my yard.
Bowser is very dog friendly. He plays nicely with my Dalmatian. During his first week here he was little jealous of her receiving any attention even when he was receiving it at the same time and was a little rough pushing her out of the way. But after the first week he has started to feel more settled and relaxed and since then he's been much very good.
Bowser is good with my 7 year old but I wouldn't recommend him to live with children under about 7 because he's a big boy and could knock over a smaller child.
For more information or to meet Bowser please phone Erin on 0408-461-058 or 02-4942-5949. Bowser is in foster care near Charlestown, NSW (northern Lake Macquarie) and is available for adoption interstate.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
