About Puppy Tigger (On Trial 6/1/14)
Tigger, male, Staffy x Kelpie puppy. He is only 7 weeks old so won't be ready to go to his new home for 2 weeks (8th of Jan).
Tigger was surrendered to a country pound after he was found as a stray. He is now in a loving foster home where he is receiving excellent care and socialisation. He's a very healthy, happy little puppy.
Tigger's brother Bundy is also available for adoption.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.

Tigger is in foster care in Lake Macquarie, NSW, and can only be adopted to the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter Valley or Central Coast region for now.
Tigger's $450 adoption fee includes his desexing, first two vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Healthy little puppy. He has been microchipped, treated for fleas and wormed and received his first vaccination. His 2nd vaccination will also be done by rescue.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
