Cindy (On Trial 3/1/14)

Meet Cindy, a stunning 4 year old black and white, greyhound with a sweet and even temperament. Cindy has adjusted well into family life and is excellent with small children. She has taken racing retirement in her stride and has glided through new experiences with ease. Storms, fireworks and large crowds don't upset her. Like any dog, she likes to have a daily routine.

Cindy hasn't had much training yet but she is quick to learn. She walks beautifully on the lead without pulling or straying, and other passing dogs or cats don't bother her. Contrary to the misguided belief that greyhounds require lots of exercise, Cindy enjoys just a stroll around the block or a burst along the beach, then is happy to sleep the day away. Cindy is an indoor dog and deserves to be in the house with her family.

Cindy is eligible to undergo the green collar program (www.greenhounds.com.au) which means when she passes the assessment, she will no longer be required to wear a muzzle in public when on the lead.

Cindy's quiet, gentle and confident nature will be a great addition to any household that is willing to give her the love and affection she deserves.
