About Dory
Come and say hello to Dory!Dory was left at the Orange Council Pound with a note only stating her name. She was transferred here to the Sydney Shelter and now she is looking for her fur-ever home! She is a very sweet dog who enjoys the company of people and looks to please her owners. She appears to have already had training and will sit stay and walk to heel. She also waits for the "ok" from you to eat her dinner.Dory can be a little unsure of other dogs and doesn't interact with them alot. She would be happiest as the only pet as then she can have all of your attention and affection!Small animals such as pocket pets are a little bit exciting for her so she will need a home without this type of distraction.Dory would love to go on a leisurely walk every day even if it is just around the neighbourhood. She walks very well on lead and loves to show you how obedient she is.Her short smooth coat means that grooming is fairly easy. Just a bath and brush down to make sure she smells like roses!Dory really loves people but can sometimes get a little excited and occasionally jumps up. We recommend that if you are interested in adopting her you bring in the whole family to ensure that they all get along. She would appear to be good with children that are used to more boisterous greetings.Your backyard should be fully fenced with no holes or gaps that she could squeeze through. If you think Dory sounds like the paw-fect dog for you please go to the front counter and ask for a dog ticket she can't wait to meet you!MUST MEET ALL FAMILYBEST AS ONLY DOGNO CATS/POCKET PETS
