About Shimmy
Shimmy has a very quiet and submissive nature. She is gentle with children but also quite protective. She isn't very interested in playing with toys but is good on a lead when walking.
MY IDEAL HOME AND FAMILY
I would like to be with a family who has time to play with me and enjoys my quiet but sometimes playful nature. I like to relax in the sun and enjoy a short stroll.
I am a lover of all children of all ages. I have lived with another dog and we occasionally had our disagreements but I like having the company.
THIS IS A PRIVATE ADOPTION FACILITATED BY MAGGIE'S RESCUE.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
