About Jamayha (On Trial 18/1/14)
Introducing the beautiful Jamayha, she is a 16 month old small kelpie x border collie. A very sweet girl to say the least, she loves to please you and always comes when called. Jamayha just loves to be by your side.
When taking her on our leisurely afternoon strolls, Jamayha walks off lead, she will never get to far ahead of you as she is just happy to follow in your footsteps, being right by your side is all she really wants.
She is only a young dog at 16 months and as you can appreciate she occasionally jumps up but is learning very quickly. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Currently, Jamayha has a foster brother and foster sisters and loves nothing more than to race them through the bush and generally have a fun time. She gets on famously with them, and is very welcoming to any new dogs. Jamayha is also a bit of a smoocher and really loves to give her doggie pals kisses.
Unfortunately, Jamayha was surrendered by her original owners to the RSPCA after having a few litters of pups. Having been a mum a few times, she definitely has that mothering and nurturing instinct.
Her ideal home would be one she can be a constant companion being allowed to follow you everywhere! Her new owner will feel very lucky to have her in their lives.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
